Display instead of monitor, It greatly reduced the monitoring cost.
1. Introduction:
It can convert (s) video’s interlacing into vga signal line by line.
Make your monitor into a non-flicker monitor. It also can be connected to VCD/DVD/Webcam/set-top box etc. Displays can also show digital TV.

* The scanning frequency of advanced technology, Refresh rate can be easily switched among 60HZ-75HZ and pictures don’t flicker.
* Resolution can be easily switched among
(800*600/1024*768/1280*1024/1440*900/1600*1200/1600*900/1366*768/1680*1050/1920*1080/1920*1200), CRT MONITOR and LCD MONITOR all are compatible.
* Unique Reset function, to prevent from the resolution is too high then machine cannot show reset display.
* Super 3D image noise reduction function, make the pictures more clearly, stability
* The AV/S-video input interface can be connected to DVD/PDP/PS2/Game Console etc.
* Broadband PC/TV selector switch (200MHZ)
* The unique PIP (Picture in Picture) function, Window size and position of the display can be adjusted.

3. Operating instruction of keystrokes:
a. AV/SV: Pressing this button to switch AV/SV/PC (VIDEO/Separate Video/PC)
b. PIP : Press and switch to PIP (Picture in Picture) channel, as follows:
            - when there is PC signal input, press PIP key to enter the picture in picture small window, press again to exit from PIP.
            - In PIP, Press RESET to change the PIP window size, the continuous pressing to change the large/ medium/ small three states.
            - press MODE to change the small window’s position in PIP.
            - If the PIP small windows’ image has twisting problems please press MENU button continuously to improve the image quality.
c. RESET: Press this key to prevent from the resolution is too high then machine cannot show reset display if pressing “MODE” key before.
d. MODE: Pressing this keystroke can changes Resolution and refresh rate of pictures. Resolution can be easily switched among (800*600/1024*768/1280*1024/1440*900/1600*1200/1600*900/1366*768/1680*1050/1920*1080/1920*1200), CRT monitor and LCD MONITOR are compatible.
e. MENU: Press the key to enter the menu to adjust.
The operation is as follows:
. Brightness----------------After entering the menu, press the AV/SV key or P.P key to select the brightness, then press the RESET or MODE key to adjust the brightness. Similarly brightness/ contrast/ shade/ hue respectively can be adjusted among 0-100
Note: hue selection only work in the video input NTSC signal
. Cooler temperature: Select this option to have normal/ cool/ warm three selections.
. Picture mode: According to personal preference to select standard/ custom/ bright/ soft four options.
. Language: press the AV/SV key to select this option and press RESET to switch languages in Chinese/English
f. P.P: Press to switch picture mode------------normal/ custom/ bright/ soft four options.
